Susan is a Zumba® Jammer from Michigan who began her group fitness career teaching aerobics classes in 1988. Since 2010, Susan has presented Choreo ZIN™ Jam Sessions. She's also presented at the Zumba® Instructor Convention Session, Rock' n Roll Revolution, in 2012 and 2013 and at the "Step Into Happy™" stage in 2022. She is the co-owner of Vibe Fit Studio in Detroit.

About Me:

Tamara is a passionate Zumba® instructor with over 20 years of dance experience, including 10 years as a teacher. Primarily trained as a Dancesport Latin American dancer, she’s also studied ballroom, hip hop, ballet, flamenco, and Irish dancing. In 2011, Tamara became one of the first Zumba® Jammers in Australia. And she still enjoys connecting with the ZIN™ community through virtual and face-to-face Choreo, Flamenco, and Zumba® Gold ZIN™ JAM sessions. Tamara has been a presenter at ZINCON since 2011 and is known for her vivacious energy and bubbly personality.

Umar Syarief is a well-respected karate athlete and national hero in Indonesia. He has won many international titles and competed in high-level competitions, including the Southeast Asian Games, where he won a gold medal. Umar also trained in various European countries, had multiple knee surgeries, and is now based in Switzerland, where he teaches Karate, Martial Arts, and Functional training. He has been a STRONG Nation® Master Trainer for Indonesia since 2017.
