Yes. This event is exclusive to members of the Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN™). You must be a ZIN™ Member with an account in good standing at the time of registration and at the time of the ZIN™ Convention. In the event that your ZIN™ Account is not in good standing at the time of the event (August 10 - August 13, 2023), your ZIN™ Convention registration will be canceled and you will not receive a refund.
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate of completion post event so you can request your Continuing Education Credits.
By taking Flavors and/or Learning Capsules you are NOT licensed to teach that specific session. Flavors and Learning Capsules are intended to expand your knowledge of fundamental concepts and world rhythms so you can apply them to your Zumba® classes. No certificate of completion will be given for attending Flavors or Learning Capsules.

The entire Zumba® Instructor Convention (Beto's Mixtape LIVE Experience, Sessions, Specialty Boosts, Instructor Training Courses, sponsor booths, theme party, etc.) will be held inside The Hyatt Regency Orlando and the South Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center (venues connected with a covered walkway). Everything will be located within walking distance from any of the hotels in our room block.
*Please note that this year there will not be livestream sessions for both ZINCON and SYNC Summit. In our second year back post pandemic, this year, the ZINCON/Summit team will focus on delivering the best experience onsite for event attendees.
Beto's Mixtape LIVE Experience is included in your ZINCON registration. ZIN™ Members will be able to choose which one of the two time slots they want to attend during ZINCON online registration process (first come, first served!).
ZIN™ Members will be randomly selected to come up on stage during Beto's Mixtape LIVE Experience. Make sure you are dancing along at the concert in order to be selected!
Our policy varies depending on the date of the cancellation.
Cancellation Fee Until March 23, 2023: $0.00
Cancellation Fee from March 23 to May 15, 2023: $250.00
Cancellation Fee After May 15, 2023: NO REFUND
Same fee for what is considered a “no show.” If you do not cancel before May 15, 2023, and do not attend, you will not receive a refund.
To cancel your ZIN™ Convention registration, simply click on "Register Now," type in your username and password and follow the on-screen directions.
Safety first. Salsa second. In order to provide a safe environment for all registrants, this event will follow all relevant federal, state and local health and safety mandates, guidelines and protocols, including those put in place by the venue.
Transfer Fee Until April 15, 2023: $0.00
Transfer Fee from April 15 to July 15, 2023: $20.00
Transfers will be are accepted only until July 15, 2023 (11:59 PM EST), as long as there are still spots available. You will be charged a $20 processing fee for each login session. While logged in you are able to make multiple transfers. If you want to make a transfer, simply click "Register Now," type in your username and password and follow the on-screen directions.
The Hyatt Regency Orlando will extend their $179.00 (plus tax) hotel room rate, the Hilton Hotel Orlando will extend their $179.00 (plus tax) hotel room rate, and the Rosen Centre will extend their $162.00 (plus tax) hotel room rate three days before and after the ZIN™ Convention dates.
All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of the equivalent to one (1) one night's selected room rate plus tax ("Deposit"). This deposit may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as July 5, 2023 (subject to change without notice).
In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the Hotel will charge an early departure fee of one night’s group room rate plus taxes. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any changes to the planned length of stay.
In addition to the Deposit, 2023 ZIN™ Convention’s official hotel accommodations agent, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for any cancelled reservation(s) after May 15, 2023.
Resort Fees: Descriptions listed below will be added to the tax rate information. The resort fee is not included in the rate. You may display the hotel rates as shown above.

No, you will not be able to apply your Convention registration to other Zumba® products or events. If you're unable to make it to Convention, be sure to cancel as soon as possible to avoid the no-show fee (please see cancellation policy FAQ).
Super Saver registration ends March 5, 2023 after registration launches. If you're unable to purchase your ticket at that time, early-bird registration starts immediately afterward.
The last day to register for the ZIN™ Convention will be August 8, 2023, unless the event sells out prior to that date. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
We will be dancing on low-grade carpet, which means shoes that do not have a jogging or cross-training sole are best.
Yes. You will receive instructions on how to redeem your CECs/CEUs in the post event email.
Only officially registered attendees with a Convention credential will be allowed in to Convention events, unless otherwise noted.
Yes! We will have most of the items available on zumba.com, as well as special Convention-only products at discounted prices. We will also be launching new products at the Convention.
All products will be priced at the already discounted ZIN™ price, and some will be discounted to even lower Convention-only prices!
There will be no exchanges, only returns will be accepted. Returns are only accepted from items purchased at the Convention main store. NO returns will be able to be made from our outlet store or after Convention is over.
No. All items bought on zumba.com need to be returned following the Zumba's return policy.

Yes. Emergency Medical Services will be available on-site during convention hours.
Note: EMS will carry basic first aid supplies as well as over-the-counter medications, oxygen, and an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). They will be stationed in designated areas within The Hyatt Regency Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Rosen Center, and Medical Room #6 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

With so much to do in Orlando and the busy Convention schedule, it’s recommended you arrive at your destination hotel early on Tuesday, August 8. Arriving early provides ample time to get registered, checked in and settled. It also gives you the chance to take advantage of our pre-con events or attend a ZIN™ sponsored event on Wednesday, August 9. Check the Forum for the inside scoop on the hottest events.
It is highly recommended you plan on departing Monday, August 14 to ensure your departure is convenient and not rushed. If you plan on leaving Sunday, August 13, it is recommended your departure plans are after 4:00 PM (the last session ends at 2:00 PM).
